📋 Description

• Work directly with clients in a high-volume customer service environment.
• Support ISN's global contractor and supplier platform.
• Assist customers via phone, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot platform, account and compliance issues.
• Build trust and relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams on retention and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Desire to start in Customer Service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.
• Required to work in office at least 3 days a week.
