Business Development Associate

📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-revenue SMB lending partners.
• Own onboarding of new partners for smooth integrations.
• Analyze partner performance and deliver data-driven insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead partner negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to boost revenue.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Engineering on campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic account management
• Experience managing supply side of a two-sided marketplace
• Exceptional analytical skills; identify trends and revenue opportunities
• Proficient with data tools: Excel, BI platforms, SQL
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
