  • Own the complete business development lifecycle, from prospecting and initial outreach through
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client portfolio across education, nonprofit
  • Identify, research, qualify, and pursue RFPs, RFQs, staffing opportunities, consulting engagements
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, HR, hiring managers, procurement teams
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with referral sources, chambers, workforce agencies, and
  • Lead proposal development and collaborate with senior leadership on client presentations

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in business development
  • Proven success generating measurable business growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes from outreach to contract execution.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate challenges into strategic solutions.
  • Experience responding to RFPs/RFQs and formal procurement opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
