📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting to retail and fashion companies in US
• Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns via email and phone calls
• Schedule qualified sales meetings for senior leadership
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and meeting outcomes
• Respond to US customer emails on shipment, delays, customs
• Liaise with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for timely updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years logistics experience with DHL, UPS, or FedEx
• Experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency and attention to detail
• Experience with Slack and CRM or sales tools
• Knowledge of lead generation and prospect research
