• 5–7 years in business development, fintech, crypto, or hyper-growth tech.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals driving user/revenue growth.
• Well-connected in Web3 ecosystem: dApps, protocols, liquidity providers, VCs.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for coordinating with overseas partners.
