📋 Description

• Initiates, coordinates and develops strategic plans and sales strategies within a specified
• Develop account strategies & implementation plans and expand through accounts.
• Identify new markets and research new business opportunities and likely sales points.
• Prepare and organize sponsor presentations; lead proposal input for opportunities.
• Coordinate budget/contract negotiations post-award within territory/accounts.
• Interact with operations, monitor study status, coordinate change orders when scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Considerable CRO sales experience with negotiation and analytical skills.
• Established network of decision makers in Pharma/Biotech; proven profitable contracts track record.
• Awareness of trends and regulations in clinical trials across Ergomed Group countries.
• Excellent communication and team leadership; ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills to convey service features/benefits to clients.
• Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking; entrepreneurial, results-driven
