Business Development Director II - Early Phase

📋 Description

• Consult with clients and internal stakeholders on pricing, margin, deal structure, and commercial
• Collaborate across business units to identify, position, and win multi-unit opportunities
• Participate in corporate account teams to strengthen relationships with key clients and expand
• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets for assigned accounts and maintain a strong, qualified
• Establish, grow, and manage relationships with client stakeholders at appropriate decision-making
• Execute client call plans, follow up on leads, and support an established client portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic qualification; equivalent relevant professional
• At least 5 years of business development experience within the Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical
• At least 4 years of experience engaging directly with mid-level and executive-level decision makers
• Proven track record of achieving significant sales targets and acquiring, retaining, and expanding
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic selling, negotiation, executive presentations, and financial
• Working knowledge of drug discovery and development principles, with the ability to identify
