Business Development Executive / Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary client contact during pre-sales, managing discussions and progress.
• Participate in subcontractor qualification and respond to RFPs.
• Analyze AEC drawings to understand requirements and align solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and expand the pipeline.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Develop and maintain connections with stakeholders across accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, business development, marketing, or CRM.
• Experience managing international clients and building long-term relationships.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Experience selling BIM, CAD, engineering, or AEC-related services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and engineering service offerings.
