• Advance strategic opportunities by partnering with Decagon's founders and healthcare go-to-market
• Connect technology to business outcomes by identifying high-value applications for AI agents across
• Develop strategic partnerships with consulting firms, systems integrators, EHR and health-tech
• Activate investor and advisor networks to open doors and advance strategic opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, health technology, strategic growth, business development
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare economics, operational
• Established relationships with senior healthcare executives, operators, and industry partners, with
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive relationships and translate them into strategic
• Ability to identify high-impact applications for AI across healthcare operations, including member
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA, PHI
