Business Development Lead - Singapore

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end growth to attract new clients in Singapore and APAC
• Lead BD efforts across existing and new clients to hit revenue targets
• Manage end-to-end RFPs, pitches, and resource coordination
• Build relationships with core industry and digital ecosystem partners
• Use data, insights, and experimentation to improve funnel performance
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations on growth programs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in new logo revenue growth in digital consultancy or digital agency
• Skilled in solution selling, proposal shaping, pitching, and closing
• Strong network in Singapore and APAC markets with Retail/CPG/Travel/Hospitality focus
• Strategic and commercial GTM planning experience in digital marketing or consulting
• Expertise in growth marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth strategies
• Strong client-success leadership and stakeholder management
