📋 Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies across North America for industrial software
• Identify high-potential industries, applications, territories, and partner channels to increase
• Build and advance strategic sales opportunities by engaging customers early, developing compelling
• Maintain a strong, measurable opportunity pipeline while supporting CRM discipline, forecasting
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and channel leaders to develop account plans, targeted
• Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or
• At least 8 years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, industrial software, or a
• Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial software ecosystems, including one or more of the
• Proven ability to develop new markets, build qualified opportunity pipelines, and advance complex
