📋 Description

• Proactively identify, qualify, and sign GoodLeap partners
• Manage accounts under $2M/year; hand off larger deals to outside sales
• Source partnerships via inbound/outbound outreach
• Develop knowledge of GoodLeap products; align to customer needs
• Collaborate with BD Directors to ensure partner success
• Explain financial products and legal agreements clearly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sales
• Selling to HI contractors/distributors
• Finance-based sales to homeowners
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proposals, presentations, and strategic outreach
• Prioritize in a fast-paced environment
