📋 Description

  • Identify, prospect and recruit new traffic partners globally.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of affiliate/traffic partners.
  • Negotiate traffic types, rates, funnels, terms with partners.
  • Assess prospects for traffic quality and strategic fit.
  • Coordinate with Launch/Affiliate teams for onboarding/activation.
  • Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year in affiliate marketing, business development or sales.
  • iGaming experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing metrics and funnels.
  • Familiar with traffic sources: SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships.
  • Able to travel internationally and work remotely with international teams.
