🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, technology management, or similar.
• 2+ years in a high-performance startup or strategy firm.
• Enjoy developing concepts and owning multiple projects.
• Highly analytical and data-driven; translate insights into actions.
• Bias to action to improve product and processes; adapt to changes.
• Strong problem-solving with creative approaches to challenges.
• Proactive stakeholder management and structured communication.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English.
