🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in B2B tech/MSP.
  • Proven track record of managing full sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building; listen, build trust, and add value.
  • Thrives in high-autonomy environments; self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Comfortable in the field; active local networking and in-person relation-building.
  • Preferred: Healthcare IT, HIPAA, or security-first industries.
  • Familiarity with MSPs, recurring revenue models, or MSP sales cycles.
