• Manage and prioritize a HubSpot prospect pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, business development, recruiting, or field marketing with outbound outreach
• CRM fluency — pipelines, sequences, dashboards in HubSpot or Salesforce
• Comfort with data‑informed workflows using reports and engagement signals
• Strong written and verbal communication for cold outreach and discovery
• Startup DNA: comfortable with ambiguity, quick iteration, and multi‑hat mindset
