Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Drive regional growth by acquiring new veterinarians and re-engaging inactive users
• Build relationships with independent veterinarians to understand preferences and goals
• Match veterinarians to hospital shifts by skill, geography, and timing
• Lead local recruitment and networking events to drive awareness and engagement
• Execute high-volume outreach (phone, text, email, LinkedIn) using data-driven workflows
• Manage and prioritize a HubSpot prospect pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, BD, recruiting, or field marketing with high-volume outbound outreach
• CRM fluency — managed pipelines, sequences, and dashboards in HubSpot or Salesforce
• Comfort with data-informed workflows using reports and signals
• Strong written and verbal communication; persuasive discovery
• Startup DNA; comfortable with ambiguity and multi-hat roles
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or staffing/marketplace (preferred)
