📋 Description

  • Impact market share by onboarding SMB/Mid Market customers.
  • Maintain a strong lead funnel; pitch Payoneer to Founders/CXOs and close payments deals.
  • Explore new business segments and define GTM strategies.
  • Forecast monthly region/segment targets and exceed client and GMV goals.
  • Drive below-the-line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent Payoneer at industry forums.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-7 years of business development, service and/or solution sales, and account management experience.
  • At least 3+ years in core Payments in Fintech or Banking in acquisition roles.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding established goals.
  • Proficiency in email with strong written and verbal communications.
  • Experience leading complex negotiations with CXOs/Founders.
  • Drive operational excellence; MBA or SMB/mid-market selling; cross-border deals; lead-gen tools.
