Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with law firms, investment banks, compliance consultants and other business
• Expand Carta's distribution and market share by deepening working relationships with key channel
• Identify, structure and grow partnerships that drive distribution of Carta Law's services - turning
• Represent Carta in the field, meeting with current and prospective partners and attending industry

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in or building partnership channels via law firms, asset management firms or
• Strong understanding of the private markets ecosystem — PE, VC, credit, real assets — and how legal
• Experience managing senior relationships and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
• Commercially sharp, with the ability to structure and close partnership deals
• Excellent communicator — confident presenting to partners, General Counsels and C-suite stakeholders
• Proactive and self-directed; comfortable building something from the ground up
