📋 Description

• Identify and recruit new traffic partners via outreach and industry networks
• Develop a pipeline of affiliate/traffic partners across internationales
• Negotiate traffic types, rates, funnels, terms with partners
• Assess partners by traffic quality and strategic fit
• Collaborate with Launch/Affiliate teams for smooth onboarding
• Attend events to expand the network and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in affiliate marketing, business development or sales
• iGaming experience is a strong advantage
• Understanding of affiliate marketing, funnels and channels
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• Negotiation skills and relationship-building
• Proactive, autonomous with outreach process ownership
