• Identify, reach out to new traffic partners (CPA networks, webmasters, media buyers)
• Build outbound acquisition strategies via cold outreach and networks
• Lead conversations on traffic types, rates, funnels, models, terms
• Qualify partners by traffic quality and commercial fit
• Coordinate onboarding and campaign launch with teams
• Develop relationships for sustainable commercial opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in affiliate marketing, BD, sales, or related role
• iGaming experience is a strong advantage
• Solid affiliate marketing principles and KPIs understanding
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• Knowledge of major iGaming players and partner sourcing
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
