📋 Description

• Growth, innovation, and cross-regional execution
• Partner with Marketing to turn consumer/competitor insights into tailored product concepts, value
• Identify and warm up high-potential accounts via pre-sales (technical consults, feasibility, ROI)
• Provide expert support to industrial customers and sales teams
• Align marketing, R&D, and Baking Center on innovation and strategy
• Drive projects with China and other APA teams for business expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Master with majored in Food Science, Food Engineering or related areas
• Around 5 years of solid working experiences in business development and food ingredients in SEA
• Ability to collect information, analyze and make proposals
• Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines
• Result oriented, good coordination and teamwork
• Immediate candidates are preferable
