📋 Description

• Prospect and develop relationships with new salon partners across assigned territories and target
• Create and execute account-specific annual business development plans using market insights
• Partner with Education and Field Sales teams to onboard new accounts and provide a high-quality
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that communicate product value
• Train and support distributor partners and sales teams on product knowledge, sales approaches, and
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor field teams and salon partners to expand

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a comparable commercial role within the
• Strong understanding of the professional salon landscape and genuine interest in innovation within
• Proven ability to develop new business, cultivate customer relationships, and deliver measurable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong bias toward action, ownership, accountability
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and
