📋 Description

Lead the BDR team and outbound sales strategy.
Oversee lead generation, CRM, workflows, and reporting.
Coach BDRs and improve sales processes.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in business development or outbound sales
At least 1 year leading or managing a sales/BD team
Strong lead generation, outbound prospecting, and pipeline management
Experience building CRM workflows and email sequences
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
Excellent written and verbal English; strong analytical skills
