Business Development Manager, Body Worn Solutions

📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and expand market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, integrators, distributors, consultants
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies designed to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Promote body-worn solutions by educating partners and customers on their features, benefits, and
• Own and implement localized strategic business plans aligned with broader team objectives.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and primary business resource for body-worn solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the physical
• Previous experience generating new business and managing strategic customer accounts.
• Experience with body-worn technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and consistently achieve or exceed
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent attention to detail.
