Identify, prospect and recruit new traffic partners (CPA networks, webmasters, media-buying) via
Develop a pipeline of affiliate/traffic partners across international markets.
Negotiate traffic types, rates, funnels and partnership terms.
Assess prospective partners on quality, potential and fit.
Collaborate with Launch and Affiliate Management for onboarding.
Monitor market developments to identify new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year in affiliate marketing or sales
iGaming experience is a plus
Strong negotiation and relationship skills
Proven outreach and partner acquisition ability
Familiar with SEO, PPC, ASO and social channels
Willingness to travel internationally and remote work
