Develop and execute territory plans with travel for NY, NJ, Eastern PA, and New England
Position BHHC as the market of choice with agents and target markets
Identify agency appointments, meetings, and opportunities for book transfers
Monitor agency profitability and drive growth while maintaining service quality
Collaborate with Underwriting, Client Services, and Loss Control teams
Participate in weekly underwriting discussions to win large accounts

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years in workers compensation insurance; mid-level experience preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and market analysis skills
Willingness to travel within territory
