• Identify, research, and proactively approach new traffic partners (CPA networks, webmasters
• Build outbound acquisition strategies via cold outreach and networks
• Negotiate terms and partnership models with prospective partners
• Qualify partners by traffic quality, potential, and fit
• Coordinate with onboarding and launch teams for campaigns
• Maintain strong partner relationships for sustainable growth

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in affiliate marketing, business development, or related role
• Experience in iGaming is a strong advantage
• Understanding of affiliate marketing, funnels, KPIs, traffic sources
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and work remotely
