Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• A consistent outbound pipeline built through 35 to 50 cold calls per week, targeted prospecting
• Follow-up with inbound marketing and partnership leads, using our suite of sales tools, and attend
• Sign mid-market and enterprise merchant contracts, managing the full deal lifecycle from first
• A balanced portfolio of deals that mixes shorter-term closable opportunities with longer-term
• Smooth merchant onboarding outcomes, coordinated with sales engineers and customer success managers
• C-level relationships with e-commerce managers, CEOs and leadership executives built on trust

🎯 Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in commercial roles, with 3 years of full cycle ownership
• Extensive experience running inbound and outbound sales cycles end to end, with a track record of
• Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, or similar frameworks, and the
• Experience selling customized or competitive products where the challenge is displacing an existing
• Confidence in technical sales conversations, including working alongside sales engineers to address
• Proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong communication and networking skills that hold
