Business Development Manager – Healthcare and Emergency Management

📋 Description

• Partner with HCEM leadership and Operations to develop and execute business development strategies
• Proactively plan, coordinate, and support annual and long-term growth initiatives, ensuring clear
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the HCEM business development pipeline, including leads
• Work closely with Business Development and Operations leadership to evaluate and prioritize
• Drive consistent follow-up on leads and opportunities to ensure opportunities continue progressing
• Manage pursuits from Lead to close inclusive of proposal development and scope/fee build up

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or four (4) plus years’ experience as in business development
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience with government contract tracking systems or platforms used to monitor and research
• Experience working for a professional services firm preferred.
• General knowledge and confidence using computer databases and menu-driven reports.
