Business Development Manager Home Improvement & Solar

📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of contractor and channel partnerships
• Develop multi-threaded relationships with owners, sales leaders, and operations teams
• Present compelling, solutions-driven value propositions tailored to partners
• Coordinate onboarding and training with our PDMs to activate partners
• Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM systems and proven outreach
• Sell in the field at trade shows and partner onsite events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent)
• 5-7 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Working knowledge of the home improvement industry and financing decisions
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets with multi-stakeholder closes
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to owners and leadership
• Experience in partnership development or channel sales
