• First professional experience in Business Development, Consulting, Strategy, Sales, Key Account
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable recommendations from data
• Proactive thinking, opportunity recognition, and drive
• Growth mindset and desire to develop new solutions
• Good commercial understanding and ability to empathize with customer and partner perspectives
