📋 Description

• Take end-to-end responsibility for existing offline sales channels for lead generation and develop
• Manage channels independently and develop scalable strategies for agency building, incentives
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partner agencies, acquire new partners, and build
• Work proactively, hands-on and solution-oriented, and maintain overview even in operational tasks
• Communicate confidently internally and externally with stakeholders on all levels, ensuring clear
• Be an integral part of the Growth team and shape the scaling of a strategically important business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic record (top university preferred)
• 0-2 years relevant experience in venture development, business development, sales, partner
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership
• Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and 'closer' spirit
• Strong numerical affinity, structured approach, and experience with performance-driven work
