🎯 Requirements

First experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management
Fluent Italian and English is mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, negotiate, and
Commercial mindset with ability to identify business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and
Technical mindset: ability to quickly understand product specifics and communicate them effectively
Customer focus: strong social intelligence, empathy, and a customer-oriented communication style
