Prospect and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
Hit daily activity targets (around 75 calls and 25+ emails per day)
Work in tandem with Marketing on campaigns and tactics
Work closely with Sales to refine your approach and share feedback on what's working

🎯 Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a role built around reaching out to people you didn't know — outbound
Strong communicator, comfortable and confident on the phone and clear and concise in writing
Understanding of what good outbound looks like: research, personalization, persistence, and timing
A coachable mindset and motivation to improve your own performance metrics
Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong, and a bachelor's
