📋 Description

• Be the first BDR on the Artisan team, own outbound pipeline.
• Cold call prospects and engage target accounts to generate pipeline.
• Call inbound leads within minutes of signal.
• Turn conversations into booked meetings for our AE team.
• Carry a quota of meetings, not activity metrics.
• Work with our product team to make Ava better.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years as SDR/BDR, or exceptional evidence you belong in sales.
• Excellent communicator, quick on your feet, great at building rapport.
• Confident on the phone.
• Resilient. Rejection doesn\'t rattle you.
• Comfortable being the only human on the team.
• Excited to work at the frontier of AI and sales.
