Prospect outbound leads and source new customer opportunities
Educate potential clients on how Tines' software can make their business more efficient and
Help lead/mentor less experienced team members (SDRs)
Work closely with Sales Development Leadership to help shape the teams' strategy
Build relationships with Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, Marketing, and Field Leadership
Work directly with Account Executives to drive new customer pipeline and meet pipeline generation

🎯 Requirements

Self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
Demonstrated interest in using AI to improve/augment your work
Strong communication skills including phone and written communication as well as active listening
Coachability and a team player mentality
An eye for detail, a curious nature and strong planning skills
Fluency in the English language

🎁 Benefits

$91K annual target compensation (salary + commission) plus equity
