📋 Description

• Partner with on-site teams to update photos and write copy that stops scrolling.
• Post daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; run campaigns and answer inquiries fast.
• Qualify leads and hand off ready appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent.
• Generate 500+ leads monthly across assigned communities.
• Track sources and outcomes in CRM and report what's working.
• Ensure listings stay fresh and clickable.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Sharp eye for photos and copywriting for listings.
• Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms.
• Strong, fast communication to keep leads hot.
• Ability to juggle multiple communities and keep listings fresh.
• Bonus: experience with CRM or lead-management tools.
