🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in sales or outbound prospecting (SaaS, HR tech, or fintech a plus).
  • Proven outbound prospecting expertise and sales strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Claude.
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous, challenging scenarios.
  • Self-starter; works independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of payroll/HR tech or accounting.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite and executives.
  • Experience integrating AI into daily work and providing feedback.
