Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Source and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting into target accounts
• Build and run multi-touch sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Navigate objections and gatekeepers in outbound conversations
• Identify fit by digging into how prospects deploy connected devices, their device volumes, and
• Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and handoffs, measured on pipeline quality, not
• Own and overachieve a monthly target for qualified meetings and opportunities created

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an outbound-focused sales development role (BDR, SDR, or inside sales) carrying a quota
• A track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets that you can walk through month by month
• Experience running multi-touch outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Hands-on experience with a CRM and a sales engagement platform (we run Salesforce and Gong Engage
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfort learning a technical product and explaining it in plain language to a non-technical buyer
