Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Own the front end: turn inventory into scheduled appointments.
• Post daily across Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; run campaigns; respond quickly to inquiries.
• Qualify leads and hand off to the Sales & Leasing Agent with everything needed to close.
• Generate 500+ leads per month across assigned communities; track sources and outcomes in the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work.
• A sharp eye for photos and a sharper pen for listing copy.
• Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms (manufactured housing or real estate experience is a plus).
• Fast, clear communication to keep hot leads engaged.
• Ability to juggle multiple communities and keep listings fresh.
• Bonus points for CRM or lead-management experience.
