🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in an outbound Business Development Representative
• Practical experience with outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, social selling
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of leads and maintain an organized, structured sales
• Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies such as BANT and SPIN Selling.
• Experience engaging prospects through multiple channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or similar tools, for pipeline management
