📋 Description

• Research & Prospecting: help generate leads by researching and curating lists
• Cold Outreach: make 30 calls and 50 emails daily to hit 13 meetings/mo
• Sales Operations: coordinate calendars, resources, and outbound campaigns
• Meeting Preparation: create debriefs and materials for net-new prospects
• Campaign Execution: drive outreach and follow-ups with prospects
• Data Management: enter new sales data and keep Salesforce up to date

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year cold calling and emailing; tech company exp preferred
• Sales Hunter mindset: exceed targets, no client too complex
• Technical Savvy: experience with Excel, Salesforce, Outreach
• Verbal & Written Communication: clear and compelling language
• Organization: process-oriented with reliable systems
• Efficiency: great time management and process optimization
