Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Partner with on-site teams to obtain photos; edit and write copy that attracts clicks.
• Post daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; run campaigns.
• Qualify leads and hand off appointments to Sales & Leasing Agent with needed info.
• Generate 500+ leads per month across assigned communities.
• Track sources, response times, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Report on what's working and fix what isn't.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work.
• A sharp eye for photos and a sharper pen for listing copy.
• Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS; MH/real estate experience a plus, not required.
• Communication skills fast enough to keep a hot lead hot.
• Ability to juggle multiple communities and keep listings fresh.
• Bonus points for CRM or lead-management tool experience.
