📋 Description

  • Identify HR Directors, People & Culture leaders, and C-level executives in target firms.
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Apollo, email, events) and manage inbound leads.
  • Book and coordinate discovery calls, often joining early-stage conversations with the CEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and nurturing sequences.
  • Track activities in HubSpot CRM with reporting on meetings, opportunities, and pipeline value.
  • Test new outreach angles and share insights with the leadership team.
  • Support partnerships and ecosystem development (HR consultants, platforms, events).

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in business development or lead gen (SaaS/HR tech a plus).
  • Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Confident speaking with HRDs, CPOs, CEOs.
  • Metrics-driven; accountable for meetings and pipeline.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, proactive in a startup.
