📋 Description

  • Identify and qualify net-new accounts to generate pipeline
  • Engage existing customers to uncover expansion opportunities (cross-sell/upsell)
  • Initiate and manage outbound/inbound prospecting via phone, email, social
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals and use cases
  • Articulate Airship’s value proposition across personas and lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Growth Managers on strategy

🎯 Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
  • 1–2 years in a BDR/SDR or similar sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and consultative conversations
  • Experience engaging new prospects and existing customers in value-based discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication; adapt messaging by persona
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, data tools)
