📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business via prospecting and outreach
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Manage assigned accounts with consistent communication and follow-up
• Oversee execution of sold jobs to ensure specs, timelines, and quality
• Conduct property inspections to verify service quality
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in outside sales or lead generation preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable outdoors visiting client properties
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and committed to quality service
