Business Development Representative (Farming)

📋 Description

• Research, identify, and qualify potential customer organizations.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calls, to drive opportunities.
• Position AvePoint with product messaging to convert leads to pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments to support the sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end customers.
• Record accurate customer data in the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior cold calling or first sales experience, preferably in IT sales.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to customers.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Plenty of initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
• The ability to think on your feet.
