Business Development Representative - German Speaking

📋 Description

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach
• Partner closely with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, technical pain points, and
• Engage data, analytics, engineering, IT, RevOps, and executive personas

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business
• Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts related to data, analytics, cloud, and AI
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or sales engagement platforms to improve research
