📋 Description

  • Find and create new sales opportunities via prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Identify IT challenges to map AvePoint products to customer needs.
  • Position AvePoint messaging to drive leads to a qualified pipeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with prospects to support the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Channel teams to run targeted campaigns and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification through relevant vocational training.
  • Prior cold-calling experience or first sales experience, preferably IT sales.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (additional Nordic languages a plus).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; comfortable engaging in conversations.
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills; proactive and own initiatives.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to customers.
